These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website www.headmastersludhiana.co.in, book an appointment, or take a service at Headmasters Salon & Spa, 10-E, Sat Paul Mittal Rd, E-Block, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

  • A booking request on our website is not a confirmed appointment until our team calls or messages you to confirm the date and time.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or move you to the next free slot.
  • Some services (for example, bridal makeup or long treatments) may need an advance payment to confirm your slot.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices depend on hair length, skin type, products used and the stylist's level. Our team will tell you the price before starting any service.
  • Prices and services may change without notice. The price agreed at the salon before the service is final.
  • Payment is due at the salon after the service, unless an advance was agreed. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Offers and discounts

  • Offers are valid only for the services, dates and terms shown with the offer.
  • Unless stated otherwise, only one offer applies per bill, and offers cannot be combined with memberships, packages or other discounts.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw or change an offer at any time.

4. Your health and safety

  • Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent treatments before your service.
  • A patch test may be needed 24–48 hours before hair colour, chemical treatments, eyelash extensions and some skin treatments. If you choose to skip it, you accept the risk of a reaction.
  • Aesthetic and laser treatments are done only after a consultation, and you may be asked to sign a consent form.
  • We may refuse or stop a service if we believe it is unsafe for you.

5. Results

Results depend on your hair and skin type, health, aftercare and the condition of your hair or skin before the service. We will always do our best, but we cannot guarantee a specific result.

6. Packages and memberships

Packages and memberships are personal, cannot be transferred, and must be used within their validity period. Unused sessions lapse after the expiry date.

7. Children

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must give consent for chemical, aesthetic or laser services.

8. Your belongings

Please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the salon.

9. Photos and videos

We may take before-and-after photos to record your service. We will post photos or videos of you on our website or social media only with your permission.

10. Use of our website

  • Website content, photos, logos and text belong to Headmasters and may not be copied without written permission.
  • Do not misuse our forms (for example, by sending fake details or spam).
  • Website information is for general guidance only. Service details and prices may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.
